Il Master è organizzato dall’Ufficio Europa della Camera di Commercio Belgo-Italiana (certificazione ISO 9001) in collaborazione dell’Istituto di Studi Europei dell’Université libre de Bruxelles e il Dipartimento di Studi Internazionali dell'Università di Padova. The Master of European Studies is a one-year postgraduate program. Founded in 1998 in cooperation with the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) and the Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft, its objective is to meet the increasing demand of comeptent junior staff specialized in EU related issues. On the basis of the highest methodological and teaching standards, the program is designed for students who plan to enter positions in EU-institutions, other international organizations, national administration, non-governmental organizations or national/multinational companies. The English-taught program is open to young graduates from all over the world. Créé en 1953 sous le nom de " Centre Universitaire des Hautes Études Européennes ", l’Institut est un des plus anciens parmi les Instituts d’études européennes. Il voulait répondre à des besoins nouveaux en même temps que reprendre, dans des conditions nouvelles, des traditions interrompues. En effet, avec l’installation du Conseil de l’Europe, puis du Parlement européen, Strasbourg paraîssait un lieu privilégié pour l’étude des problèmes posés par l’édification d’une authentique communauté européenne. L’activité de la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme et la création de l’Institut international des droits de l’homme ont encore renforcé la vocation européenne et humaniste de Strasbourg.
